About this policy

Hotel Lobby AI lets you upload photos and request an AI-generated rap video. This policy describes the data the service needs to do that.

Data used by the service

When you create an account, we process your account details, such as your name and email address. When you create a video, we process the photos you upload, your selected stage and settings, your optional topic, task status, and the generated video URL. We also process purchase and credit records if you use paid features. Payment providers handle payment card details; the app does not require your full card number.

Photo and video processing

Uploaded photos may be stored in the configured object storage service. To generate your video, the service sends the photo URLs and your creative settings to its configured AI video provider, Kie AI. Generated videos may be delivered through that provider and the resulting URL is associated with your account. Do not upload photos unless you have permission from everyone shown.

Why we use this data

We use this data to authenticate your account, generate and display your videos, track credits and payments, answer support requests, and keep the service operating securely.

Storage and deletion

Account, task, and payment records are kept as needed to operate the service. Uploaded images and provider-generated videos may have separate retention rules set by the storage and AI providers. To request deletion of account data or uploaded media, open a support ticket from your account. Some transaction records may need to remain for accounting or legal reasons.

Service providers

The service may use authentication, storage, AI generation, payment, email, and analytics providers when those features are configured. Those providers receive only the data needed for their function. We do not use your uploaded photos as public examples without your permission.

Security and changes

We use access controls for accounts and server-side provider credentials. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes; the date above will show the latest revision.
